They decided that it was time
to take everything that they loved about their favorite bass
guitars and put them into one bass. They were out to create
the perfect instrument. Lakland, pronounced Lakeland was born.
Today artists from every genre and every corner of the world
use Lakland bass guitars. They are well known for their awesome
playability and tone.
There are over a 16 models available today all of which are
works of art. They all feature reinforced head stocks and
that have superior playability. There are three types of woods
used for creating the fingerboards. There is Maple, rosewood
and for the fretless models there is ebony.
Lakland basses are used by artists such as Joe Osborn, Juan
Alderete, Nick Harmer, Dave Parsons and John Peirce just to
